White Silk slave
Being a "white silk" does not necessarily mean one is a virgin, but is untrained in the ways of the Gorean kajira. These slaves are usually kept busy during times a tavern, camp, inn, etc. is relatively slow so that they may further their training. The white silk is in NO way a pleasure slave and must always kneel in the tower position. And if asked, she will be prepared to serve her Master/Mistress as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The ever present "yellow silk" or your basic tavern wench. This slave is totally capable of preforming serves fully and using her sexuality to entice the Masters/Mistresses on her way to possibly being owned by a single Master as a red silk. This slave is still restricted to merely serving and being the tease. Her training is not yet complete. Though in some taverns some things are allowed such as lapping or more intimate serves. But these girls are not allowed to alcove. These girls strive maybe the hardest of them all to please the ones they serve longing to recieve their red silk level.

The girl has reached goal one. As a "red silk" tavern slave she still serves any who wish it to please her owner. But now she is seen more for her sexuality than the paga or ka la na she may carry. This slave MUST provide any service the Master asks for. She has absolutly no restrictions placed on her and she does so willingly and gladly to gain that Master's as well as her Master's satisfaction. At this time the girl seems to be seeking a more personal Master.
Red Silk Passion slave
The passion slave.... The final link in the "silk chain". The slave has now obtained her knowledge and can and will be used in any way. These slaves are usually unowned and may be used by any that see fit in crossing her path. If owned she is fully attentive to him unless other wise told to see to others. Normally if owned, she is confined to pleasing only him in a sexual manner. She begins to know his wishes before she is even commanded to serve him. This slave even if owned may be used in the absence of the owner, but only with the consent of the owner of the tavern, inn, etc. Usually consent is given ~UNLESS~ the owner has made it clear that the slave is not to be used by others.
A "gray silk" is a state owned slave. Her duties consist of serving in the councils and offices of her city-state. She is used to run messages, to keep notes at times if trained so, and to see to the basic needs of those such as the Ubar of the Home Stone. ~Basiclly a Gorean secrertary~
The "purple silk" is a slave of the Priest-Kings. They serve in the Nest and are shaved completely. They are noted by their clothing which is usually a vinyl or plastic type tunics.
A "black silk" is a kettle girl used to cook or clean doing the menial tasks about the Homestone.
